HOT LAP GIVEAWAY
To enter, simply subscribe to our email newsletter and place any order over $150 between 12:01AM EST June 1st 2023 until Midnight EST Sunday July 2nd 2023 and receive one entry to win a free hot lap on ride day. If you are already subscribed – no need to subscribe again. Simply make a purchase over $150 during the promotional period to go in the draw.
Note: Competition is open to all of Australia except residents from South Australia (S.A.) who will be ineligible to enter the Hot Lap Competition.
Every order equates to one entry. For example, Make three purchase orders during the promotional period then you have three chances to win.
Tickford ride day is on Monday 31st July 2023. Winner must be available for this date as there is no opportunity to change dates.
Estimated total Prize value is $1000 for the Hot Lap only.
Prize is Drawn at 5PM EST Monday 3rd July. Winner is selected at random & notified via phone and/or email at 5PM on July 3rd 2023.
Ride day is located at Sydney Motorsports Park, Eastern Creek NSW.
Prize does not include transport to and from the event as well as excludes accommodation. All transportation and logistics including place of residence during, before and after the Hot Lap is solely up to the winner to organise and fund.
Competition prize is solely for the hot lap around the track only and does not include any other accommodation, transport, food, prize money etc.
Prize is not transferrable for cash.
Winner must also meet the following restrictions for the hot laps:
- Participants must be 18 years over
- Physical height and weight restrictions apply. Generally, no taller than 182.8cm and weigh no more than 90kg. Must fit into an XL race suit.
- Waist & Hips (must not exceed) Waist – 115cm (45 inches) Hips – 130cm (51 inches)
- Participants must be medically fit and sign a public liability waiver prior to undertaking their passenger ride. (Full ride day terms and conditions will be sent to the winner).
- Winner must wear fully enclosed footwear and socks.
TPF Sports takes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage during the hot lap or to and from the venue. All winners ride at their own risk and will sign team release forms before riding.
Prizes are not transferrable for cash or store credit. Date cannot be changed.

This is a notification for guests participating in hot laps in a Tickford Racing Supercar in season 2023. This explains the importance of the passenger selection process. Tickford Racing needs to be conscious of the size of the participants to make sure they are able to be safely and comfortably fitted in the passenger seats.
As a rule, the fireproof suits we provide are up to a maximum XL size. To ensure the safety of passengers, they must adhere to the below measurements and age restrictions. Important to note, the new Gen3 cars require a greater level of flexibility by the passenger to get into and out of the vehicle given the smaller access window. This needs to be taken into account for passengers potentially participating in a ride.
FOOTWEAR Guests are to wear flat, closed toe shoes (no high heels) and must wear socks. HANS Device Please note: Due to new regulations from January 1, 2017 ALL passengers must wear a Head and Neck Support (HANS) device in addition to fireproof garments and helmet. While HANS devices come in a range of sizes, if a passenger cannot correctly or comfortably wear a HANS device they WILL NOT be permitted to ride in the car. Please contact the team around any concerns or questions.
The space to enter the race car is quite small so getting in and out is not always an easy task. We will also provide passengers with a verbal briefing, and demonstrate any steps to be taken by the participant in the event of an emergency whilst they are in the vehicle. Should you have any terms and conditions for competitions or incentives, you must note these compliance requirements.
Please make sure the above requirements are communicated appropriately when determining the eligibility of a passenger to participate in a ride in a Tickford Racing Supercar. We want to avoid embarrassing refusals during a meeting ride session or official ride day. Should you have any queries regarding this, please contact your Tickford Racing representative to discuss.

FREE GIFT CARD PROMOS
Free Gift cards will be provided to all customers who meet eligibility criteria of the the promotion. Gift cards cannot be used in the current customer order which is eligible.
All gift cards will be sent to customers in the first week of the following month after the free gift promotion ends.
